I was born as blue as the clouds in November of 1984. I was born with tricuspid atresia. I had two shunts before I was 6 months old. I got a Fontan at the Mayo clinic when I was 4. As a result of that surgery my SA node was damaged so a pacemaker was put in when I was 5.

At the age of about 10 I started to have flutters and still do to this day. I have had several ablations, 4 different pacemakers and a revised Fontan with the Maze procedure in Chicago when I was 20. I currently work in Oregon as a 1st grade teacher. I enjoy swimming, running, biking, and reading. I am currently learning how to do Tai Chi and play golf so I have something to entertain myself with when I start to slow down.
