Palmetto Hearts Annual CHD Conference
Come learn and network with other families of children with CHDs at the Palmetto Hearts Annual CHD Conference ... and it's free! We hope to see you Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Palmetto Health Children's Hospital Auditorium in Columbia, S.C.! Lunch is included. Our welcome reception begins at 9:30 a.m. and sessions will end around 4:00pm. RSVP is recommended for lunch count purposes (by May 15, 2012).
